About me

I’m a yoga teacher and wellbeing facilitator creating experiences that support a more balanced and sustainable way of living.

I discovered yoga over 15 years ago, initially drawn to the physical practice. Over time, it became something much deeper, an anchor during my years working in marketing in fast-paced international and corporate environments, offering a space to slow down, breathe and be present.

This path later led me to Bali, where I deepened my studies through different trainings and immersive practice.

What started as a personal practice gradually evolved into my life’s work: sharing yoga and mindfulness tools rooted in tradition and integrated into modern life. Through classes, workshops, and curated experiences, I support people in regulating their nervous system and moving through life with more clarity and balance.

Having lived and worked across different countries, I deeply value human connection and the sense of belonging. This inspired me to build a yoga community in Valencia and to lead group travels around the world that bring people together through shared experiences.

Alongside working with individuals, I also collaborate with companies with tailored programs and co-founded Reset Mode, a wellbeing project supporting healthier and more sustainable ways of living and working.
