Not at all. Classes are open to all levels. Whether you’re just starting or already have a regular practice, you’ll be guided with options to adapt the class to your body and experience.
Just yourself and comfortable clothes.
For studio classes, mats and props are usually provided (unless otherwise specified). For outdoor sessions at the park or beach, please bring your own mat.
Classes are mainly guided in English, with support in Spanish (and Italian) if needed.
Flexibility is something you build with practice so not a requirement.
The focus is on awareness, breath, and gradually getting to know your body.
Consistency matters more than intensity. Even 1–2 times per week can make a noticeable difference over time.
Outdoor sessions depend on the season and weather, but they are offered regularly whenever conditions allow.
